The Academy allows users to take a test-drive of our website by signing up for free account. This allows you to preview what we have to offer. However, if you decide that you
would like a refund of your membership fee, we will be happy to refund your most recent payment, provided that payment was made within the previous thirty (30) days.
Refund requests made within the 30-day window will be processed within 3 business days of the request. Simply open a trouble ticket in the helpdesk requesting your refund.
Please note that it may take 3-5 business days for the funds to be returned to your method of payment.
